The Holiday Inn London-Heathrow has been designed and built with the needs of the modern conference organiser and delegate upmost in mind. The hotel is a new breed of conference venue majoring in state-of-the-art technology, contemporary, efficient and attractive facilities, and no-fuss service from professional Conference Network Hosts.

The hotel boasts 10 modern, fully equipped, purpose-built conference and meeting rooms, ideal for training, seminars, product launches, boardroom meetings, interviews, team and brainstorming events as well as small exhibitions. All Conference Network meeting rooms offer the Conference Network package including natural daylight, blackout facilities, air conditioning, interactive television and video, overhead projector and screen, two flip charts, slide projector, high speed wireless internet access, dedicated modem connections with built-in data points and dual-line telephones.

We provide unlimited hot beverages and the Conference Network stationary kit in all our meeting rooms. Informal networking conference cafes in each pavilion give delegates the chance to mingle, chat and exchange ideas. Dedicated Conference Hosts take charge of every event, meet and greet guests, provide equipment demonstrations and message delivery. Our Executive Chef and his team prepare a range of mouth-watering buffets, developed especially for the busy meeting executive who needs to stay alert throughout the day.

Before the Event

  • Your enquiry is responded to within eight working hours
  • One selected member of the Conference Network Sales Team will become your dedicated contact
  • Your Conference Network offer clearly states all details and our delegate package rates make budgeting simple
  • Three days before your arrival, we reconfirm your schedule with you
When you Arrive
  • You will be greeted by your Conference Host - your contact throughout your event
  • The agenda will be confirmed and you will be shown the facilities and equipment
  • The meeting room will be ready at least one hour before the event is set to start
  • Our business services are available at convenient opening hours and you will be given a 20% reduction on charges
During the Event
  • We take care to ensure that you have a smooth and trouble-free meeting
  • To keep you in touch, there is direct communication from the meeting room to your Conference Host
  • An agreed message service ensures prompt delivery and minimum disruption
  • Solving last-minute requests is part of our 'yes we can' philosophy
  • Your timetable becomes our timetable
  • You, as conference organiser, will enjoy VIP treatment throughout your stay (including late check-out on day of departure)
